Connect your drives and your office server

No firm starts from zero. Years of precedents and files live in shared drives and on the server in the back office. Now Asem can reach them.

Every drive firms use

Firms can connect Google Workspace shared drives, SharePoint and OneDrive, Dropbox, Box and WebDAV or NAS drives. Staff browse those folders inside Asem, import files into a matter, and save back.

The firm decides which folders each role, person or matter team can see, and can make any folder read-only. Ethical walls apply to connected folders just as they do to documents stored in Asem.

Asem Bridge for the office server

For files on an office server, the new Asem Bridge installer connects outwards to Asem: no ports to open, no VPN. SharePoint libraries that are synced to that server with OneDrive can be served the same way, without any Microsoft setup.

Asem’s team sets up each connection and sends the firm a step-by-step guide with the live codes filled in. Credentials are sealed with AES-256-GCM and bound to the firm and connection.
