Introducing Asem Meet: video meetings inside every matter
Client meetings produce instructions that matter later. Today we’re launching Asem Meet, so those conversations finally live where the work does.
Meetings that start from the matter
Start or schedule a meeting from a matter or the calendar. The case team and the client are invited; clients and guests join from a link in their browser, without creating an account, and wait in a waiting room until someone from the firm lets them in.
- Video, screen sharing and chat
- Recordings copied into the firm’s EU storage
- Transcripts after the call and live captions during it
- AI notes that turn agreed actions into tasks on the matter
Who can see what
An invitation is a grant: people who attended a meeting can read that meeting’s notes, transcript and recording. Everything else on the matter keeps its normal access rules and ethical walls.
Optional, per firm
Asem Meet is an add-on each firm switches on. Firms that prefer Google Meet can keep creating Meet links from Asem and import the transcript for AI notes. Read more on the Asem Meet page.
