- Notes: shared, live notes for meetings, files and research, with action points that become tasks
- Practising certificates: upload and verify certificates per person, with reminders 60, 30 and 7 days before expiry; an expired certificate blocks assignment to new matters
- Staff surveys: anonymous surveys run by HR, alongside the quarterly client surveys
- HR and IT roles, with exactly the access they need and nothing on matters or money
