Role access: decide exactly what every role can do
Reception shouldn’t see matters. Finance shouldn’t open them. Each firm draws those lines a little differently, so now each firm can.
Presets for every role
Every staff role, from managing partner to reception, finance, HR and IT, is now an editable preset. Switch any feature on or off for a role, give a specific person an exception, or create a custom role for how your firm is organised.
Sensitive powers, such as approving client-money transfers or attesting wet-ink executions, are granted deliberately and recorded with a reason.
